What’s the best way to contact you?

How long will it take for my gift to ship?
Our at-ready gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days. If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! Please choose this option at checkout. If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible. If you’re in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, we do offer courier options. Please email us or use the contact us page to place an order using a courier service. Price varies upon location.

How does shipping work?
All gifts are shipped from Dallas, Texas via USPS or UPS. If you choose UPS Ground, gifts usually arrive to destinations in central US within 2 business days, the eastern US within 3 days, the western US in 3-4 days. Please realize that these are rough estimates, and that UPS Ground does not guarantee delivery dates. If you need your box delivered by a certain date, please email or contact us directly.

I’m ordering a gift in advance. Can I choose a future delivery date?
Of course! We will make sure that your gift is received within a certain window of your desired date. Please email us or use the contact us page and we’ll make sure your order is place accordingly.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
If you would like to send gifts to multiple, different recipients, you must create a separate purchase for each recipient. Please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to process your order for you!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please contact us if you would like to ship internationally so that we can work to find you the very best rate.

Do you make custom client gifts?
We love creating client gifts that reflect you and your clients! We will work with you to choose products, color palettes, and much more. We are happy to send your client gifts either to you all at once (each packaged and ready to be mailed by you!), or directly to your clients with each booking. Do you have minimums on custom client gifts?
Yes, we generally ask that you order a minimum of 10 gifts. Need less than 10? Email us or use the contact us page and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.

Do you make business/industry gifts?
Absolutely! We team with businesses/industry professionals to create gifts for business development, conferences/events, or annual holiday gifting. We offer numerous customization options and work closely with you to create a gift that reflects your brand, values and/or event. Yes! This is what started Ophelia Ruth! We love creating welcome gifts and favors that reflect your relationship, your wedding location or your favorite things! Email us or use the contact page to discuss your vision, needs, budget, and timeline.

Do you have minimums on wedding welcome gifts or favors?
Yes, in order to create custom wedding welcome gifts and favors, we ask that you order a minimum of 25 gifts. Need less than 25? Email us or use the contact us page and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.

Do you have minimums on custom gifts?
Nope! Sometimes you just need that one special thing, and we’re here to help you. Think proposals, anniversaries, birthdays, and other grand gestures. Email us or use the contact page to discuss your vision, needs, budget, and timeline.

What is your packaging like?
All of our gifts are packaged in the box represented in the product photo (see product page for dimensions and descriptions). Our wooden keepsake boxes are made right here in Dallas, Texas. Complete with a sliding lid, these boxes are perfect for storing jewelry, stationary, or other keepsakes. Each gift includes a notecard with an applicable quote (see product page) and description of the included items. Hand-written notes are an option at checkout.

Do you offer different options for gift boxes and packaging?
All of our gifts are packaged in the box represented in the product photo. If you are looking for something different in terms of packaging, please reach out via email or the contact tab and we can discuss details.

Can you include a note with my order?
Yes, we can include a personal note. Simply write your note/instructions in the box when you check out. Your sentiment is handwritten on the included note card and placed within your box when shipped.

What are my customization options?
This is our favorite! Please reach out via email or the contact us page – we love to collaborate and make your vision a reality. We offer numerous customization options – from burning logos onto wooden boxes, to incorporating monograms, to custom tags, stickers or bags – we’re all ears!

Can you add my logo or create special labels?
Yes, we can create branded gift boxes for your business, event or organization in multiple quantities. We also create custom tags, stickers, bags, and other special labels. Please send us an email or use the contact us page to learn about our minimums and to get started!

What’s your return and exchange policy?
We take great care to ensure your gift arrives in pristine condition. If your gift arrives in a lesser condition, please let us know immediately and we will make it right. Otherwise, due to the time and love we put into making each gift, all sales are final.
